We did not know much about the US college system but heard a lot about the expectations. Collegewise guided us through it very well and unraveled the mysteries. Their data and experience were very helpful and encouraging. Our son worked with Mollie and had a wonderful experience. Mollie is kind and cheerful, very responsive, always planned ahead, and gave us, as parents, advice for things we did not even think of. The result speaks for itself: Our son got accepted into many more than his top-choice colleges, and also no rejection. Thank you, Mollie!
BIRGIT, PARENT OF TOM
From the outset, Mollie embraced Kayra’s college journey with unparalleled dedication, guiding us through every step with expertise and genuine care. Mollie’s comprehensive support extended beyond mere academic advising; she became a pillar of encouragement and wisdom for Kayra, instilling in him the confidence and clarity needed to navigate the complex admissions landscape. Her strategic insights and personalized feedback were instrumental in highlighting Kayra’s unique strengths and aspirations, crafting a narrative that resonated deeply with each institution.

As parents, we were continually impressed by Mollie’s commitment to understanding our family’s dynamics and values, ensuring that her guidance aligned with our collective vision for Kayra’s future. Her transparent communication and accessibility made us feel valued and supported at every juncture, transforming what could have been a daunting process into a journey of growth and discovery.
PARENT OF KAYRA
I think the world needs more people like Mollie. She wasn’t only my biggest helper and advisor, but possibly one of my biggest supporters and cheerleaders throughout this process which truly makes all the difference.
BEN
UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN
We truly felt that Mollie genuinely cared for our son and his success and wanted what is best for him and his future. She pushed and encouraged him as appropriate and worked to help him submit the best representation on himeself. Her schedule was well planned, allowing him to keep on top of deadlines and thoughtfully work on each piece.
SARAH, PARENT OF BEN
Mollie would always give me some sort of generalized outline quickly after brainstorming my responses during our zoom meetings, then give me suggestions and feedback after each draft. All in all, I was very pleased with how communicative Mollie has been and how much she has helped me get into the colleges I wanted to go to.
KAYRA
PITZER COLLEGE
Our counselor, Mollie, had been instrumental not only in getting our son in the school he wanted to attend, most importantly she made him feel comfortable and confident during the process.
CATERINA, PARENT OF MASSIMO
I had a really positive experience working with Mollie. I was a bit later to my start, so we worked together for less than a year, but in those few months she really helped me to feel confident with my college essays and school choices. I really felt that what I wanted was being heard and respected. I definitely had a great experience and feel very good about the choice I made!

Mollie Reznick, College Counselor
Mollie has worked with every kind of student from C students to A students; aspiring artists to aspiring engineers; students who have gone to large state schools, highly selective universities, and small liberal arts colleges. She believes strongly in the transformative power of higher education, academically and socially, and with her extensive knowledge of schools (having been on over 100 college campuses), she loves finding those “best fit” colleges for her students.
While she enjoys working with a broad array of students, as a former theatre major, Mollie has a soft spot for working with aspiring theatre majors (and those interested in the visual and performing arts) and helping them determine what sort of arts experience would suit them best (BA vs. BFA, conservatory vs. conservatory style, etc).
Mollie lives in Westchester with her husband and 3 cats. Outside of counseling, she does the New York Times Crossword Puzzle daily (yes, even Saturday!), loves hockey (Let’s go Rangers!) and is working on her second novel.
