By the end of my junior year I was becoming stressed about applying to college. I had tried other advisors, but wasn't getting very much help. Luckily, a close friend recommended Christopher to me and I was able to get much more prepared over the summer. He even helped me see that I needed a lot more material for my film school applications in the fall. I couldn't have asked for a more considerate, patient, and genuine advisor to aid me through this process. I owe everything to his help. I was admitted to my top choices including the film schools at USC, NYU, Barnard, Chapman, and Vassar. As a student interested in film, I not only had to go through the normal application process, but also the film supplements. I'm grateful to say I'll be entering not only the #1 film school in the country, but my dream school. With scholarship aid and unyielding support, Christopher put me on the right track and helped me reach that dream.

When Emilie first met Christopher, she instantly knew that they were a perfect match. He was so encouraging and motivating, all the while knowing exactly where Emilie needed help. I truly believe that it was the advice and encouragement from Christopher, combined with Emilie's hard work and motivation, that earned Emilie acceptances to six colleges, all of which came with scholarship awards. Thank you, Christopher! We have two more daughters who will definitely be signing up soon!

We have had the best experience with both of our children working with Christopher. We have already highly recommended him to others as the best advisor for helping prepare their children for applying to college. He will always have your child's best interest in mind and seems to connect with them right from the start. This is most important! The friendly, laughter-filled approach Christopher takes certainly helps the success of your child's ability to feel comfortable and confident in tackling the process. Our oldest son was admitted to one of his top two choices for college and our youngest was just admitted to all six colleges he applied to, including his reach schools! We will continue to highly recommend Christopher.

I truly enjoyed working with Christopher as he was friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable about the admissions process. He also worked with me to plan and polish my application essays, helping me avoid a lot of clichés I didn’t realize were bad. I am happy to say that because of Christopher, I will be attending my dream school in the fall. Go Owls!
Christopher helped me prepare for my SAT and helped me prepare my college applications. After working with him for the SAT I felt confident and fully prepared and jumped 200 points to my goal score of 2000. When it came time for college applications, Christopher worked with me to put together a great list and advised me on each and every one of my college essays. Thanks to him, I am heading to my top choice university in the fall.
Christopher Logan has been an immense help in navigating a true college success story! Christopher’s college counseling sessions allow him to really understand, support and direct each student’s gifts, talents and passion. Christopher always has a very calm, positive outlook on life and so many fun-filled stories that put you at ease. He’s great at texting/emailing recaps so the parents are in the know. Christopher’s knowledge of ALL colleges (state, private, universities and abroad), FASA, CSS, and strict attention to detail makes the college journey less daunting. Jack was accepted to Stanford University restrictive early action. We are thrilled, and so thankful to Christopher’s tutelage, personal navigation and professionalism. He’s truly gifted in the student academia arena, and is genuinely concerned with each student’s pursuit of higher education. We will be using Christopher’s services again this summer for our daughter.
RHONDA, PARENT OF JACK
Christopher is pretty good at winning. He’s a champion ballroom dancer, National Merit Scholar, and two-time recipient of Yale’s Light Fellowship. If we include high school, there are about a million debate trophies, National History Day awards, and statewide essay competition victories added to the list. In his free time, Christopher goes to a competitive spin studio, where’s he’s only met one person who can (sometimes) beat him. And did we mention that he speaks French, Spanish, and Korean?
When Christopher chose to pursue a career in college counseling, naturally, he was good at that, too. After graduating from Yale in 2014, he moved to California and, throughout six college application cycles, counseled just under 300 students to acceptances at schools like Columbia, Dartmouth, Harvard, and Yale, to name a few. In fact, about 20% of those students went on to Ivy League or “Near-Ivy” colleges. In this role, he expertly guided students as they selected their classes, clubs, volunteer work, and internships to make sure they could enjoy a high school experience that would make them more competitive college applicants. At Collegewise, his goal is to help students and parents alike by reducing their stress while being both honest and compassionate about the admissions process. (And let’s be honest, probably winning an award for great college counseling, too.)
