Meet Patti!

My daughter really enjoyed working with Patti! Patti was extremely organized, encouraging, patient and honest. She helped make a very stressful process much more manageable. I appreciated that my daughter had outside guidance that she trusted, and she developed a wonderful relationship with Patti completely over Zoom. Patti was always available to talk things through, but also always let my daughter know that she was in charge and all decisions were up to her. Even before receiving results from her colleges, my daughter and I both felt the experience was well worth it! I highly recommend Collegewise, and Patti in particular!

I had a great time working with Patti! She guided me through the entire process! Through her, I was able to research different schools (including some I hadn't considered before), create outstanding, creative descriptions for my activity sheet, and write essays that would wow admissions officers!

Before Collegewise, me and my family were finding the college process overwhelming. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted to do in college and I was also applying in a non-traditional way which only added more confusion. However, my counselor helped me lay out a step-by-step plan on completing my applications in time while keeping the work load manageable. And even where there were unexpected bumps along the way my counselor helped me work through them. On top of that, my counselor helped me find what I wanted to do in college by exploring the many options there were based on my interests. In the end, I got exactly into the college I wanted to and I am thankful for all the guidance my counselor gave me.

My college counselor, Patti, was absolutely essential to my college application process. She gave me the perfect amount of encouragement and support, answering my endless slews of questions. She never gave up on me and was there when I needed her most. Without Patti's invaluable guidance, I don’t think I would have gotten into my top choice school, especially after my deferral. I will forever be grateful for the way she filled me with confidence and propelled me forward to better understand what I want in a college and beyond.

Collegewise and Patti provided Will with a wonderful balance of structure and guidance while listening closely to his input and adjusting as necessary. Will and Patti had a great rapport and the results speak for themselves.
